Refund and Cancellation policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product/service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

1. Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of registration. However, cancellations will not be accepted once the service has been fully initiated or completed.

2. If any issues arise with the service provided, users must report the problem to our customer support team within 7 days. After evaluation, a refund may be initiated if the complaint is found valid.

3. If the service delivered does not meet expectations or commitments, users should notify the customer support team within 7 days of registration for resolution.

4. For services involving third-party warranties or guarantees, users must directly contact the concerned third party for resolution.

5. Approved refunds by SHIV SANGAM EDUCATION PVT. LTD. will be credited within 15 days from the date of approval, provided all conditions are met.
